Time for another addition of this, I did one a few years ago and it was a lot of fun.  So I'm gonna try it again. See if I can come up with new stuff lol.

1) When I was born, my family actually lived in Niagara Falls, but the Niagara Falls hospital sucked so I was born at the General.

2) I've never failed a class before but the closest I came was in Grade 8 gym class.  I barely got a 60%.  The teacher marked upon skill only and she had us do an obstacle course and I can't do monkey bars and I can't swing across rings.  So I almost failed.  Just for the record, in grade 9 gym I got an 86%. Hmm....

3) I had a crush on Simba from the Lion King.  I think only Cassie understands that... lol

4) I've been cliff jumping, it was scary but a lot of fun!!!  I went on a canoe trip with an old friend Emma with Camp Crossroads.

5) I played with Barbies until I was in grade 8, ahahaha.  The summer going into grade 9 I figured I should stop playing with them b/c I was too old, but part of me still kinda wanted to lol. It took me a while to grow up.

6) I have an obession with the Nutcracker and I basically watch the ballet every year on video, and one year April took me to actually see the ballet and it was the best prestent EVER!!!!

7) I'm scared of cows....  well when I was in England the cows were terrifiing!!!  They would chase you and they were huge and mean and all the girls were scared of the cows there.

8) I've donated blood 14 times! Yea!

9) I've only gotten so lost that I've had to call my dad for directions twice.  Both times b/c I forgot to bring my map book :p.  I hate trying to find things without a map.

10) Last one, hmmm, better make it a good one eh? I cheated on a social studies test in grade 6. I brought my paper up to hand it in and I glanced at the pile and saw an answer that I had wrong so I went back to my desk and changed it.

Lol, I know, that title sounds like I just learned how to do up a zipper.  But what it is really referring to is the ride.  But I'll get to that.  To start off with, Happy Victoria Day,  well technically it's not anymore but you get the idea.  But I went to the Stampede in Virgil today with Grant, DeRidder, Jordan, Andrew and Justin. It was amazing fun!!!!  For the first ride of the night we went on the Tilt-a-whirl.  Grant, DeRidder and I sitting in the same car.  We spun like CRAZY!!!  We were mass flying!!  And at one point it made this very large CRACK sound.  Slightly unnerving lol, at the end of the ride the guy was like "yeah you guys kinda exceeded the weight limit".  But it was soo awesome, DeRidder likes to scream on rides, and I like to laugh.  I find her screaming funny, she find my laugh funny, it's a great cycle.  Then the next ride I went on was the Zipper, it was DeRidder's and mine first time!!  We were both a little nervous.  But it was aweome, DeRidder screamed her head off!!  I just laughed the whole time!!  It was a great ride though.  Then we went to play 0.25 Bingo.  We didn't win :p.  Then I told DeRidder we had to go on the Scrambler, so the two of us go.  Now Grant had bought some cotton candy and we ate some it it.  Now while we're on the Scrambler when we got close to the fence he threw some at us.  The first time we didn't catch it, but the second time DeRidder caught the candy as were flying past, it was amazing!!!!  Then the last ride of the night was the ferriswheel.  Now as we were inline the fireworks started.  But I got to ride the Ferriswheel as the fire works were going off, we got to see them from the top, it was soooo awesome to see them from that angle, something I've never done before.  Then we all went to Buffalo's for snacks lol.  But man what an amazing night, I just love carnvials!!

Okay so apparently my grades were available on the 14th and I just remembered to look at them today lol!!  But I did it!  I made President's Honour Roll again, that's four straight semesters!!!  Oh man very exciting!!  I ended up over all for two years with a 92% average, which beats my goal of getting at least 90%!!!  SHWING!!!!  Now I'm off to University :p. I am not expecting the same results there lol.  But I thought I'd share this huge accomplishment that I made!!! WOOT!!

Soooo excited!!!!  I had this project for a class at school that was worth 40% of my grade!!!  Massive big project.  It was to make this kit.  I had a math kid for a child with Dyscalculia.  I put a lot of work.  Props go out to DeRidder and Shane for helping me with it!  Shane for buying all that stuff for me at the Book Depot.  DeRidder for drawing all those letters on my giant snakes and ladders board. Well I got my mark for it..... wait for it!!!! 39.5/40!!  99%!!!  I was stoked!!  It was such a huge relief.  I thought I'd done quite well but you never know.  Lol, I lost my marks b/c I talked too fast and b/c my voice wavered a bit b/c I was a little bit nervous.  But what a relief!!  Now I just need to hear back from the other major presentation that I did that same day for a different class. Good luck getting those back though.....

So I hung out with my friend Sarah tonight, it was awesome!!  We started off by getting our Health Cards renewed lol. I know, I know, that doesn't sound very exciting.  But we had fun doing it.  Then we went shopping at the Pen.  Lol, we went into EB Games and DeRidder is checking out the XBOX games while I'm looking at the PS2 games, it was quite funny.  Then she makes me dinner.  (it was very yummy!)  Then the funny part starts to come in.  So we decide to walk to Jumbo from her house to rent a movie.  I know a short cut that Grant showed me once that cuts from the Fairview Mall to the Jumbo plazza.  But I took the wrong entrance and we were actually on the golf course. Now the golf course is fenced in.  Sweet.  So we get to the end and were "stuck".  But there is a corner with a conveniently onverturned small garbage can.  So I hopped a fence. lol.  Sarah was uber impressed b/c I'm not really the fence hopping kind of gal.  We laughed and walked the rest of the way to Jumbo. (we rented Happy Feet).  On the way back we took the proper exit, no fence hopping involved.  We get to the parking lot of Home Depot and we see a Zehrs cart there.  I joke and say we should ride it and she agrees with me!!  So I hop in and she pushes me to the end of the Pet Smart store.  Then we switch and she hops in!  It was great!!  Sarah was sitting there waving like a queen to all the people.  This one old couple gave us such a friendly smile, it was great!  What a fun night we had that I had to blog about it!!

I went bowling with the youth last Friday.  (go cosmic bowling!) and Shane and I dressed retro for the event like we were suppossed to.  I took a ton of pics and there was this great pic of Shane and I.  I really liked it so I want to share it.

So for co-op I've been able to basically teach lessons with the kids.  (which is soo cool!!)  Last week I read a Jillian Jiggs book and I decided to make the pigs that they make in the one book.  It went really well!!  The kids got into it which was kinda unexpected.  The night before I had made a cowboy pig.  I made a pirate pig with the children the day off.  (it is soo adorable!!)  So I wanted to show you guys the pigs the kids made b/c I'm soo proud of them.  People keep stopping by and saying how much they love them!!!  It's awesome!!!

What were you doing two years ago today? (I changed the question b/c as Shane pointed out, I was already dating Grant a year ago, but this is such a great story so I changed it to two years ago!)

Well it would have been a Saturday (remember we had a leap year this year so it goes one further)  Well I was sick, I remember that.  I also remember that I was pretty sure that Grant was going to ask me out when we were hanging out that night.  I went to a party at Cody's friend Sarah's house.  It was an early Easter party.  I was sick and Cody and Kevin were going to sleep over.  Now I didn't drive myself there. I had gotten a ride from Grant.  He had told me earlier that day that he had something important that he wanted to ask me.  (he had also just mentioned how his ex was now dating somebody else which is one of the factors of why he didn't quite want to ask me out)  Well he didn't ask me out.  Kevin drove me home, even though Grant was trying to insist upon it but honestly it really didn't make sense  if they were sleeping over, why would Grant take me home?  So Grant did not ask me out lol.  He did it 4 days later after youth lol.

So I've decided that I would like to go to Africa with Harbour this summer.  It's only $3,000.  *gak* but I think I should be able to raise the money.  I'm really excited.  Especially since Andrew and Jordan are going as well. I mean it's not offical yet, I still have to fill in the application and have my interview and everything.  But it all seems to fall into place and I'm really excited about it.  I've really had the desire to go to Africa but I didn't think the money would be able to work itself out.  But talking to my mom she made me a deal and it will enable me to afford going to Africa.  I mean I'm still gonna need to hit up a lot of people (hint, hint, j/k)  But if God wants me to go, it's not gonna be an issue.  I'm just really excited about the trip.  We would be going to Kenya from August 16-31.  We would even get to go on a Safari!  That would be amazing.  I've already started filling out my application.  I'm gonna start getting my shots now.  Oy.  So that's the newest most exciting thing in my life right now!

Bruce Cambell, I'm not joking.  He played in Brisco County Jr and I was soo in love with him!!  I've since found out later what other really werid movies he has been in, but I will always have a soft spot in my heart for Bruce playing Brisco.
